Healing Properties Of Juice

Not only is eating green helping move us toward a more sustainable future, it can also completely change our way of life. Often times, we are prescribed medications for any form of ailment, whether it is mental or physical, these medication just put a bandaid the problem. Through taking a different approach we can fully heal our bodies naturally, and do some good for the earth in the process.


By researching "natural healing," I was able to find the most sustainable, nutritious and beneficial greens. With them, I made five different juices. I shared the juices with my family and they were surprised by how much they enjoyed them. My hope is that I can inspire others to take a cleaner and greener approach to their diet.


Below are all five juices I made, how to make them, and the healing properties of each ingredient!


If you don't have a juicer, you can blend the greens in a blender and strain them in either a regular strainer or a juice cloth! Enjoy these refreshing and transformative juices!


Lifesaver/liver cleanse

- 4 stalks celery juiced (It can also be blended and strained)

Although, this seems very plain, celery alone in the morning on an empty stomach, 15 minutes before anything goes in your body, can be completely transformative.

Benefits: anti inflammatory, cancer preventative, liver cleanse, kidney cleanse, brain function, healthy digestion, increase energy, improve immunity, and so much more.


Anti-inflammatory #1

- 1 1/2 cup pineapple

- 1 green apple

- 1 1/2 cups spinach

- 1 tsp ginger

- 1 tbsp cucumber

- 1/2 cup celery

- 1 tsp lemon

Benefits: healthy digestion, prevents cancer, immunity, regulate blood sugar, eye sight, increased serotonin, reduce risk of Alzheimer's disease, and improves heart health.


Beet juice liver detox

- 5 carrots

- 2 celery stalks

- 1 green apple

- 1/2 cucumber

- 2 beet

- 2 cups kale

- 1 tbsp ginger

Benefits: eye sight, regulate blood sugar, cancer preventative, heart healthy, immunity boost, improve brain function, anti inflammatory, high in vitamins, increase energy, healthy teeth and bones.


Immunity Juice

- 1 cup of water

- 3 oranges

- 1 tbsp ginger

- a carrots

- 1 tsp turmeric

Benefits: cancer preventative, immune boosting, eye sight, blood sugar, liver cleanse, increase serotonin levels.


Anti-inflammatory #2

- 2 lemons

- 4 cups water

- 3 tbsp ginger

- 1 tsp honey

- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Benefits: kidney cleanse, cancer preventative, healthy digestion, increase serotonin, anti inflammatory, improves heart health.


Natural glow watermelon juice

- 1 watermelon

- 1/2 lime

- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1 tbsp honey

Benefits: healthy digestion, heart health, cancer preventative, healthy skin, anti inflammatory.
